Maintenance

Workshop hydraulic presses must be maintained daily, weekly and monthly to provide trouble-free operation. We can do this maintenance for our customers or we can train operators in maintenance. We can adjust maintenance periods according to usage frequency of presses for our customers.

TYPES OF MAINTENANCE

WSP assists its customers in the maintenance and provides maintenance training to operators. It creates periodic maintenance schedules for trouble-free operation of workshop hydraulic presses. Below are main instructions that should be considered in daily and monthly maintenance:

Daily Maintenance

Check the safety labels and markings on the press.
Abolish dangerous elements around the press.
Check all electrical connections of the press.
Change hydraulic oil to be periodic.
Check the relaxation rate of the column shaft nuts at certain intervals.
Check the oil level before starting work.
Review all safety rules.

Monthly Maintenance

Clean the suction filter connected to the pump at the hydraulic control unit every 3 months.
If there is any reason to change parts on the press, you should definitely use the original parts in this change.
Wash the oil circuit with gasoline and clean with compressed air.
